Aperture Hotels has appointed Kate Bain VP, commercial strategy. In this newly created role, she oversees sales, marketing and revenue optimization strategies across the company’s portfolio.
Bain brings more than 20 years of hospitality experience to the company, with leadership roles spanning hotel sales, catering and event management. She most recently served as area director, sales for InterMountain Management, where she was responsible for commercial performance at a collection of Marriott-branded hotels.
Her background includes positions with Omni, Marriott, Swissotel and independent properties, as well as large-scale catering and sales at Washington Nationals Ballpark and the University of Kentucky Athletics. She began her hospitality career at the front desk of an Omni Hotel before transitioning into food and beverage and sales leadership roles.

She will be based in Lexington, KY.
