Aligned Hospitality Management has appointed Deborah Lahti as its new COO.
She joins Aligned’s corporate team to lead and manage the company’s daily business operations, working closely with department heads and supervisors to support day-to-day hotel and corporate initiatives. She reports to Bryan Tubaugh, Aligned Hospitality Management CEO.
In her most recent role as the director of hotel and resort sales at Visit Phoenix, her responsibilities included collaborating with major brands, independent hotels, management companies and ownership groups. She has worked at several properties throughout her career including the Westin La Paloma and Westin Kierland resorts. She also previously served in a corporate role with another management company, overseeing the sales and marketing for a portfolio of 10 hotels.
