Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI) has appointed Reena Shanahan and Jillian Cauvin as directors of global sales. Both bring more than 20 years of hospitality experience to the company.

Shanahan brings 20 years of experience in hospitality sales, business development and healthcare operations. Her hospitality career includes roles as senior area sales manager at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants; director of global accounts at Omni Hotels; and director of sales (Midwest) at Teneo Hospitality Group, where she managed a portfolio of more than 60 independent and branded hotels. She is based in the Washington, DC, area and represents the Mid-Atlantic region.
Cauvin has more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience, including 13 years in hospitality. Most recently, she served as global group and meetings manager for sports and entertainment at Choice Hotels International. Prior to that, she held progressive global sales roles at IHG Hotels & Resorts, culminating in the role of account director. She is based in Atlanta and represents the Southern region.
