NEWH Inc. (Network of Executive Women in Hospitality) has revealed that Agnès Roquefort, chief development officer, luxury & lifestyle, Accor, will be the keynote speaker for its 2025 Leadership Conference, Art de Vivre (Art of Living) in Paris.
Marking a historic milestone as NEWH’s first Leadership Conference in Europe, the event will take place on June 23 at the Pullman Paris Centre – Bercy.
A seasoned executive with more than 15 years of experience in hospitality, travel and tourism, Roquefort has held key roles spanning strategy, business development, M&A, marketing, digital, revenue management and data.
She began her career in private equity at Turenne Capital before moving to Bain & Company in 2002, where she worked on due diligence projects across multiple industries. From 2004 to 2010, she continued her strategic consulting career at Advancy, specializing in the tourism, travel, F&B and hospitality sectors. Since joining Accor in 2010, she has held a series of high-profile roles, including chief of staff for the global COO, global head of revenue management & pricing, global head of MGallery and SVP, digital strategy, integrations & data. In January 2023, she became chief development officer for Accor’s luxury & lifestyle division.
Beyond her professional achievements, Roquefort is a dedicated advocate for gender equality in the workplace. As a contributor to RiiSE, Accor’s diversity network, she actively champions mentorship initiatives to support the next generation of hospitality leaders.
