TownePlace Suites Expands in Las Vegas
TownePlace Suites by Marriott Las Vegas City Center is now open. The new hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Tharaldson Hospitality Management of Decatur, IL. The TownePlace Suites Las Vegas City Center is close to McCarran International Airport, the Las Vegas Strip, T-Mobile Arena, the Fashion Show Mall and the Las Vegas Convention Center. The hotel has a 24-hour market, an outdoor swimming pool, a 24-hour fitness center, a meeting room, laundry facilities, complimentary WiFi and business services.
TownePlace Comes to San Diego
TownePlace Suites by Marriott San Diego Central is now open. The hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Excel Hotel Group of San Diego. The property is close to San Diego International Airport, SeaWorld San Diego, the San Diego Zoo, the Gaslamp Quarter and Balboa Park. The extended-stay property is also proximate to Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, La Jolla, San Diego State University and Mission Bay. The hotel has a 24-hour market, heated outdoor swimming pool, a putting green, an outdoor fire pit, a fitness center, laundry facilities, complimentary WiFi and on-site business services.
Courtyard by Marriott Expands in Atlanta
Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Vinings/Galleria is scheduled to open on Tuesday. The 159-room hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, managed by Anderson Hospitality Group of Bowling Green, KY. The hotel is close to The Battery Atlanta/Suntrust Park—home of the Atlanta Braves, the Georgia Aquarium and Six Flags White Water. The property has an indoor swimming pool, a fitness center, guest laundry and 1,865 sq. ft. of meeting space to accommodate functions of up to 72 people.
Dual-Branded Marriott Now Open in Knoxville, TN
A combined 144-room Courtyard by Marriott hotel and 88-suite Residence Inn by Marriott hotel in Knoxville, TN, is now open. The Courtyard and Residence Inn Knoxville Downtown hotels are owned and managed by Paramount Hospitality Management LLC of Atlanta. The properties will share a fitness center, a terrace with a fire pit and barbecue grills, and 784 sq. ft. of functional meeting space to accommodate events for up to 126 people. Situated in downtown Knoxville, the dual-branded property is close to the University of Tennessee, Neyland Stadium, the Knoxville Convention Center, Market Square and shopping, dining and entertainment options.
Residence Inn Opens in Houston
The 182-suite Residence Inn by Marriott in Houston is now open. The all-suite Residence Inn Houston Medical Center/NRG Park will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Moody National Companies. The Residence Inn Houston Medical Center/NRG Park is close to NRG Park, the Houston Medical Center, the Houston Zoo, Discovery Green and the Houston Museum District. Located in the Steele Creek Business Park, next door to the Charlotte Premium Outlets and close to Charlotte Douglas International Airport, the Residence Inn Charlotte Steele Creek has access to TopGolf, Carowinds Amusement Park, the U.S. National Whitewater Center and Uptown Charlotte. The Residence Inn Cincinnati Northeast/Mason is close to Kings Island Amusement Park and Lindner Family Tennis Center, downtown Cincinnati and Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. Autograph Collection Opens First in Pennsylvania
The Oaklander Hotel is now open in Pittsburgh. The Oaklander is located across from Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hall, next to the former Pittsburgh Athletic Association (PAA) in Pittsburgh’s Oakland neighborhood. As a part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection, the luxe boutique hotel has 167 guestrooms, five event spaces and one restaurant. The Oaklander is the first Autograph Collection hotel to open in the state of Pennsylvania. The hotel also has a 24-hour fitness center.
SpringHill Suites Opens in Lakewood, CO
A SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Lakewood, CO, is now open. The 127-suite hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Bedford Lodging of Dallas and managed by InterMountain Management of Monroe, LA. The SpringHill Suites Denver West/Golden is close to Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Coors Brewery, Colorado Mills Mall and downtown Denver. Fairfield Inn & Suites Comes to Marion, AR
The 92-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Marion, AR, is now open. The Fairfield Inn & Suites Memphis Marion will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by YogiMahesh Corporation.
