AccorHotels Expands its Global Loyalty Program

PARIS—AccorHotels has expanded its Le Club AccorHotels loyalty program. The recognition programs of three of AccorHotels’ luxury brands—Fairmont President’s Club, Raffles Ambassadors and Swissôtel Circle—merge with Le Club AccorHotels to form a loyalty and travel rewards program.

The newly expanded Le Club AccorHotels will give members enhanced earning and redemption power at more than 3,500 hotels across 17 brands in nearly 100 countries, including a collection of more than 500 luxury hotels.

Members of Fairmont President’s Club, Swissôtel Circle and Raffles Ambassadors will retain their privileges in the new program through a status conversion that awards status in Le Club AccorHotels based on the member’s standing with their original program and stay history since the beginning of the year. For members already enrolled in both programs, conversion is based on their combined status. This new status is effective now through Dec. 31, 2019. All Fairmont President’s Club and Swissôtel Circle rewards will be credited to the new Le Club AccorHotels member accounts, and can be used as usual until their expiration dates for stays and benefits at Fairmont and Swissôtel properties.

Le Club AccorHotels will continue to have a points-earning structure that allows members to accumulate rewards, resulting in more free nights faster. Members have advantages and services at every stage of their journeys via their accounts on AccorHotels.com and through the AccorHotels mobile app. In addition, the travel benefits, privileges and offerings distinctive to Fairmont President’s Club, Swissôtel Circle and Raffles Ambassadors have been incorporated into the combined program.

Members will be able to earn and spend points at a wider portfolio of properties, from economy (ibis Styles and ibis), to midscale (Novotel, Mercure and Mama Shelter), to upper-upscale and luxury (Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel, MGallery, Pullman and Swissôtel), with flexibility.
