Stepstone Hospitality to Manage Le Méridien Dallas
Rhode Island-based Stepstone Hospitality has assumed management of Le Méridien Dallas by the Galleria in Dallas. The 258-room, all-suite property recently underwent a $2.2 million renovation. The hotel is close to Dallas Love Field Airport, Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and is adjacent to the Galleria Dallas. Amenities include food and beverage options, an indoor swimming pool and a fitness center. The property’s 6,500 sq. ft. of flexible meeting and event space can accommodate events for up to 168 people.

Crestline to Manage Dual-Branded Hyatt Place and Hyatt House Hotels in Tempe, AZ
Crestline Hotels & Resorts LLC will manage the newly built dual-branded Hyatt Place and Hyatt House hotels located on Arizona State University’s Tempe Campus. The hotels are a focal point of the 355-acre Novus Innovation Corridor on ASU’s campus, which will ultimately include 3.9 million sq. ft. of office space, nearly 4,000 homes and 300,000 sq. ft. of retail and restaurant space. The hotels were developed by Mortenson Construction and are owned by Apple Hospitality REIT Inc.

The Hyatt Place has 154 king and double-bedded queen guestrooms. The Hyatt House has 105 studio and one-bedroom suites. Additional shared amenities include 4,000 sq. ft. of banquet and meeting space, outdoor function/pre-function space, multiple patios, a guest kitchen, dining and a lobby bar. Rooftop amenities include a pool deck and pool, a bar, an outdoor gathering area and a fitness center.

HEI Hotels & Resorts Assumes Management of Salt Lake Marriott Downtown at City Creek
HEI Hotels & Resorts has assumed management of the 510-room Salt Lake Marriott Downtown at City Creek in Salt Lake City, UT. Located in the heart of downtown, the hotel is close to shopping, The Utah Museum of Contemporary Art, Capitol Theatre, the Utah Symphony and views of the Salt Lake mountains.

Salt Lake Marriott Downtown at City Creek has 23,600 sq. ft. of meeting space, food and beverage options and a fitness center.
