Ledgestone Hospitality LLC has assumed management of six Sonesta ES Suites and Sonesta Select hotels across Arizona and Nevada.
The strategic acquisition of management contracts includes properties in key Arizona markets—Scottsdale, Chandler, Flagstaff and two locations in Tempe—as well as Reno, NV. This move adds 791 rooms to the company’s portfolio.
The properties are:
- Sonesta ES Suites Flagstaff, AZ
- Sonesta ES Suites Scottsdale, AZ
- Sonesta Select Tempe, AZ
- Soneste ES Suites Downtown Tempe, AZ
- Sonesta Select Phoenix / Chandler, AZ
- Sonesta ES Suites Reno, NV

With this new addition, Ledgestone now manages 52 hotels across the U.S.
