Noble House adds first Oregon properties to portfolio

Noble House Hotels & Resorts is now part owner and operator of four properties in Pacific City, OR—Headlands Coastal Lodge & Spa, Inn at Cape Kiwanda, Hart’s Camp and Cape Kiwanda RV Park—alongside founders/owners Jeff Schons and Mary Jones.

The West Coast additions, Noble House’s first locations in Oregon, bring the hotel brand’s collection of hotels, resorts and experiences across North America to 28. The acquisition also includes the brand’s first glamping and camping destinations.

“Noble House is thrilled to expand our growing portfolio to the Oregon Coast with the addition of these four incredible properties,” said Noble House CEO James Colee. “We have already begun working closely with Jeff and Mary to foster a strong connection within the Pacific City community and continue to bring our guests the unforgettable adventures and consistent high service we’re known to provide across the Noble House Hotels & Resorts brand.”

Headlands Coastal Lodge & Spa: The property features 33 oceanfront guestrooms and 18 luxury cottages. Amenities include Meridian Restaurant & Bar and Tidepools Spa & Wellness. On-site Adventure Coaches guide guests on daily group outings and private outdoor excursions to experience the area.

Inn at Cape Kiwanda: The inn features 35 oceanview guestrooms and suites with views of Pacific City’s Haystack Rock. The property offers e-bikes, cruiser bikes, beach chairs and wagons, plus an indoor swimming pool, nine-hole putting course and yard games. Stimulus Coffee + Bakery is also on-site.

Hart’s Camp: The property features Airstreams, cottages and cabins directly across the street from the Pacific Ocean. The property’s seven Airstreams include fully equipped kitchens, indoor bathrooms, sleeping space with either a queen bed or four twin bunk beds and private outdoor space with a fire pit and gas grill. The campground also features 11 cottages and 17 cabins with direct trail access.

Cape Kiwanda RV Park: The camping destination offers RV, van, and tent campsites, each equipped with full hookups, a fire pit and picnic table. Guests have access to e-bikes, cruiser bikes and beach wagons to explore the surrounding terrain, as well as Cape Kiwanda Marketplace.

“United by a passion for hospitality and the enchanting beauty of Oregon’s North Coast, we’re excited for Noble House Hotels & Resorts to join us in curating unforgettable moments for our guests in Pacific City,” said Schons and Jones. “We look forward to continuing our success, while elevating to new heights, with the partnership of the Noble House Hotel & Resorts team.”
