Hotels are under new management, with Sightline Hospitality adding three independent properties.

Sightline Hospitality adds three hotels to management portfolio
Independent third-party hotel management company Sightline Hospitality has added three independent lifestyle hotels—evo Hotel, The English Hotel and Radio Tower & Hotel—to its management portfolio. All three properties bring their own unique stories and concepts to the Sightline property lineup.

evo Hotel
The evo Hotel (pictured above) is located in Salt Lake City’s Granary District. Known as the leading retail expert in outdoor gear, evo has expanded its brand by creating an outdoor enthusiast’s paradise, according to the company. This one-of-a-kind lodging experience offers a hub for the neighborhood and serves as the ultimate launchpad for exploring the expansive outdoor recreation options Salt Lake City has to offer, including national parks, epic ski resorts, hiking trails and more.

Part of Campus Salt Lake, evo Hotel reflects the transformation of a 100-year-old warehouse space. Through the assembly of five previously disjointed warehouses, the campus brings together these spaces into a new gathering place for the community, paying homage to the building’s historic roots, while keeping an eye towards the future with playful design and art elements throughout. Campus Salt Lake also features a 100,000-sq.-ft. evo store, Bouldering Project gym including climbing walls, guided yoga and fitness classes (opening this spring), All Together Skatepark, Level Nine Sports, restaurant, coffee shop and more.

The English Hotel
Celebrity chef Todd English has curated The English Hotel concept in the arts district of Las Vegas to invite visitors and locals alike into his creative world, according to the company. Fully embracing the concept built around entertainment and hospitality, the Todd English experience goes beyond a great dinner and presents a completely one-of-a-kind, immersive experience. From the specially selected in-room cocktail carts to recipe cards featuring English’s personal favorites placed on your pillow at night, every element of the hotel is thoughtfully and carefully crafted to create a one-of-a-kind experience.

With a pool deck and evening restaurant-to-lounge transition, there is space for guests to enjoy continuous live entertainment throughout the day and night. The English Hotel is affiliated with Marriott’s Tribute Portfolio brand.

Radio Tower & Hotel
Radio Tower & Hotel is expected to open on June 16. This 22-story mixed-use development is located in the Washington Heights neighborhood of New York City. Designed as a multi-hued series of stacked blocks, the building features a ceramic brick facade that breaks away into eight boxy volumes, each with its own distinct color. Drawing inspiration from the diversity and vibrancy of the existing community, the colors start with a vibrant lime green and yellow, then transition into subdued blue, red, orange, teal and magenta materials. Along with the hotel space, the building features lofts, office space and event space. Above the hotel, guests can enjoy the outdoor pool deck and a third outdoor space above the 19th floor that will reportedly debut as a restaurant.

Benchmark Pyramid takes over management of Pittsburgh Airport Marriott
Benchmark Pyramid has assumed management of the 318-key Pittsburgh Airport Marriott.  This marks the 29th hotel Benchmark Pyramid has added to its U.S. portfolio of third-party managed properties since the company merger.

The hotel is within a five-mile radius of Robert Morris University, Robinson Mall, various Fortune 500 companies and more than 75 restaurants and recently completed a multimillion-dollar guestroom renovation. Hotel amenities include a fitness center, indoor pool, convenience store and complimentary guest parking. The Runner Stone Mill House Restaurant & Bar offers a full array of American fare, specialty cocktails and craft beers.
