Steven Nicholas, managing principal/head of asset management, Noble Investment Group, has been appointed to the American Hotel & Lodging Association (ALHA) board of directors.
The AHLA board represents leaders from all sectors of the lodging industry, including brands, owners and real estate investment trusts (REITs), management companies, vendors and state associations.
“Over his more than three-decade career, Steven has distinguished himself as one of the industry’s top authorities on hotel operations and profitability,” said Chip Rogers, president/CEO, AHLA. “We are grateful Steven will be putting his vast experience to work as part of AHLA’s board on behalf of our more than 30,000 members.”
Nicholas said, “AHLA’s board of directors includes some of hospitality’s top leaders and strategic thinkers, and I’m honored to be a part of this esteemed group.
