Hunter Hotel Advisors has facilitated the sale of the Residence Inn Savannah Midtown to HOS Management. Hunter’s Mayank Patel, SVP, represented the institutional seller.
Located in Midtown Savannah, the 66-key hotel is close to City Market, Oglethorpe Mall, Candler Hospital, historic downtown Savannah, River Street, SCAD and Memorial Health University Medical Center. The beaches across Tybee Island, St. Simons and Jekyll Island are nearby.
