Rebel Hotel Company adds White House Napa to portfolio

Independent hospitality management company Rebel Hotel Company has assumed management of the White House Napa in Napa Valley, CA. Cambridge Lansdowne owns the property.

This addition to the company’s U.S. portfolio and recent expansion onto the West Coast spearheaded by Mark LeBlanc, managing director, West Coast Operations marks the company’s first property in California.

The property recently completed a multimillion-dollar renovation and features 17 rooms.

“We’re excited to make our debut on the West Coast and broaden our horizons with the White House Napa, a property that perfectly embodies our vision of revolutionizing boutique hotel management,” said LeBlanc. “At Rebel Hotel Company, we’re committed to revolutionizing boutique hotel management by customizing solutions to suit each property’s unique character and amenities. The White House Napa epitomizes the kind of property we specialize in managing, and we eagerly anticipate making our mark in a new market, offering our innovative and personalized approach to hotel operations.”

Brian Sparacino, president/CEO, Rebel Hotel Company, said, “Many boutique hotels struggle to keep pace with evolving technology and guest expectations. Our focus is on bridging that gap by providing tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each property. The response from our partner hotels has been overwhelmingly positive, and we’re excited to continue expanding our footprint both in Napa Valley and across the country.”

Daniel Simon and Pedro Miranda, cofounders, Cambridge Lansdowne, said in a joint statement, “Joining forces with Rebel Hotel Company is a game-changer for White House Napa. Having previously partnered to manage The Meridian Hotel in Miami, we’ve experienced their strategic prowess and commitment to customization. We’re confident that Rebel’s operational excellence will significantly elevate our guest experience.”
