Pyramid Global adds two hotels to portfolio

Pyramid Global Hospitality has added two hotels to its portfolio, the 55-room/unit Pine Mountain Ski & Golf Resort in Iron Mountain, MI, and the 55-suite Four Seasons Island Resort in Pembine, WI. The hotels are owned by Storie Co., an Indianapolis-based development, asset management and investment firm specializing in hotel and resort properties.

Pine Mountain Ski & Golf Resort
The four-star, all-season resort is located less than three miles from Ford Airport and U.S. Route 2 in the heart of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. In addition to providing access to skiing and snowboarding, the resort also is home to TimberStone, an 18-hole championship golf course. Hotel amenities include Farmers restaurant, a 24/7 fitness center, game room, gift shop, indoor pool, hot tub and 7,500 sq. ft. of meeting space.

Four Seasons Island Resort
Located on the 100-acre Miscauno Island in the Menominee River in the north woods of Wisconsin along the Michigan divide, the historic Four Seasons Island Resort offers outdoor activities such as a nine-hole golf course, kayaking, indoor saltwater swimming pool and tennis court, along with a salon and spa. Additional amenities include a 24/7 fitness center, jacuzzi and multiple dining options. Each suite has views of the golf course and the surrounding island. Room options include double queen, two rooms suites, king suites and whirlpool suites, each with a kitchenette.
