First Hospitality, a national hotel management and development company, has appointed Larry Costakis as VP, construction and development. He brings more than 25 years of experience in construction to this leadership position.
In his new role, Costakis will lead the First Hospitality Construction and Development Division. His responsibilities include project management, quality assurance and strategic planning, as well as fostering owner and partner relationships.

Costakis has overseen more than 100 hotel construction projects in key construction leadership positions with stayAPT Suites, AJ Capital Partners and Extended Stay America. Beyond the hotel industry, he was VP, construction for Banner Real Estate Group. Furthermore, he has held the position of director of construction for Brunswick Corporation – Bowling & Billiards and served as a project executive with Burling Builders.
