Kinseth Hospitality Companies (KHC) has acquired the Courtyard by Marriott Omaha East/Council Bluffs, IA. The 131-room hotel is located in Council Bluffs, IA, about four miles from Omaha, NE.

The hotel offers a restaurant and bar, an indoor pool, a fitness center and two meeting rooms.
Guests can expect a seamless transition, with the hotel continuing to operate under the Courtyard by Marriott brand. KHC plans to work closely with the on-property team to ensure continuity of service while identifying opportunities to enhance the hotel’s position in the local market.
