Highline Hospitality Partners (HHP), the hospitality investment platform launched by Highline Real Estate Partners, has acquired the Hilton Atlanta Airport, marking the 15th hotel in the company’s portfolio and second property in Atlanta.
Located adjacent to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, the hotel offers 510 guestrooms, approximately 40,000 sq. ft. of versatile meeting space, a grab-and-go market, a full-service restaurant, two pools, a fitness center and complimentary airport shuttle service.
HHP has selected HEI Hotels & Resorts to continue managing the hotel, marking the first partnership between the two companies.

The property has been institutionally owned since its delivery, benefiting from meaningful capital investment in recent years. Despite the hotel’s excellent current physical condition and strong guest service reputation, HHP plans to execute on strategic renovations to the property in the near term which will further enhance and solidify the hotel’s competitive positioning in the market..
With this latest acquisition, HHP now oversees a portfolio encompassing more than 4,100 guestrooms and surpasses $1 billion in hospitality assets under management.
