Vision Hospitality Group has broken ground on the AC Hotel Chattanooga, a 148-room hotel that will become the Tennessee city’s first AC Hotel by Marriott.
Expected to open in Spring 2028, the hotel will feature O-Ku, a Japanese restaurant concept from Indigo Road Hospitality Group, on the ground floor. Through a partnership with Indigo Road, Vision will bring the concept to Chattanooga, where it will serve both hotel guests and the broader community.
