Web Exclusive: Noble Investment Group refreshes Downtown Denver dual-branded property

Noble Investment Group has completed extensive renovations at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown-Convention Center and Hampton Inn & Suites Denver Downtown-Convention Center dual-branded property. The multimillion-dollar upgrades are designed to provide enhanced accommodations and services for the mix of business and leisure travelers who frequent the area.

“We wanted to enhance the overall guest experience by modernizing our accommodations and public spaces, ensuring that both properties remain competitive in Denver’s downtown market,” said Erica Newton, area director, sales for the dual-branded property. “With our prime location near the Colorado Convention Center and 16th Street Mall, we recognized the need to elevate our offerings to meet the evolving expectations of business travelers, extended-stay guests, and leisure visitors alike. The renovation also aligns with Hilton’s brand standards, allowing us to provide a refreshed, contemporary atmosphere that appeals to today’s travelers.”

The Homewood Suites features 182 king suites, each with a fully equipped in-suite kitchen, designed to accommodate long-term stays. The Hampton Inn & Suites offers 120 guestrooms, including both king and queen options, aimed at meeting the diverse needs of modern travelers.

The design for the renovation incorporated a modern aesthetic that complements the dynamic energy of downtown Denver. “The refresh embraces an urban-chic aesthetic with warm, inviting tones, sleek furnishings and thoughtfully curated details,” she said. “We focused on creating a seamless blend of comfort and sophistication, incorporating natural materials, soft textures and contemporary accents to enhance the ambiance. The design balances functionality with style, ensuring that both short-term and extended-stay guests feel at home while enjoying the elevated look and feel of the spaces.”

Newton highlighted several standout aspects of the renovation, including expanded guestrooms and suites, particularly at the Homewood Suites property. “The urban studio layout now offers even greater flexibility for long-term stays,” she noted.

Additionally, the redesigned 550 Bar & Patio has garnered praise for its vibrant social atmosphere, while the upgraded fitness center, complete with Peloton bikes and expanded workout options, caters to both business and leisure guests.

Guest feedback has been overwhelmingly positive since the renovations were completed, according to Newton, who added, “Guests have particularly praised the fresh, modern look of the rooms and public spaces. They’ve also highlighted the improved breakfast offerings and expanded amenities like the fitness center and indoor saltwater pool. Business travelers appreciate the added convenience of enhanced in-room features, while long-term guests love the upgraded kitchen spaces and new furnishings. Many have also noted that the dual-brand concept feels even more seamless post-renovation, making it easier for groups, families, and corporate travelers to find the perfect fit for their stay.”

The successful renovation of these two hotels reflects Noble Investment Group’s commitment to enhancing the guest experience and ensuring that both properties continue to meet the needs of Denver’s diverse visitor base.

“We are excited to promote the successful completion of these renovations, which not only enhance the guest experience but also demonstrate our commitment to the Denver community,” said Lee Ann Benavidez, SVP/chief sales and services officer, Visit Denver. “Our partnership with these hotels plays a vital role in our mission to create a welcoming environment for all visitors to the city.”
