Vision Hospitality Group names Patrick O’Neil COO

Vision Hospitality Group, a hotel developer and culture-focused operator, has added Patrick O’Neil as its new COO.

As COO of Vision, O’Neil provides strategic, process and cultural leadership for the company’s 1200-plus associates across a current portfolio of 42 hotels.

He most recently was with Peachtree Hotel Group which included roles as president of asset management and president of Peachtree Hospitality Management. During his tenure, the Peachtree-owned real estate portfolio grew from 23 hotels to 90 properties over a six-year period and nurtured a culture of operational excellence by putting the emphasis on people first, according to the company. Throughout his career, he has worked both in hotels and above property, started his own brand, worked for a small boutique hospitality firm as well as large private equity firms.
