U.S. hotel results for week ending Feb. 22

The U.S. hotel industry reported mixed year-over-year comparisons for the week ending Feb. 22, according to data from CoStar.

February 16-22 (percentage change from comparable week in 2024):

Occupancy: 60.3% (-2.7%)
ADR: $159.90 (+2.5%)
RevPAR: $96.49 (-0.3%)

Among the top 25 markets, Los Angeles saw the largest increases in occupancy (+10.4% to 74.8%) and RevPAR (+16.7% to $147.34).

New Orleans reported the only double-digit lift in ADR (+10.9% to $197.41).

Las Vegas saw the steepest performance declines: occupancy (-14.3% to 69.6%), ADR (-8.4% to $170.83) and RevPAR (-21.4% to $118.86).
