Two management companies add to their portfolios

Two hospitality management companies have recently added properties to their portfolios. Here’s a look:

Donohoe signs DC Cambria Hotel
Donohoe Hospitality Services, a division of Donohoe, has added the newly built Cambria Hotel Washington DC Capitol Riverfront to its growing portfolio. The 154-guestroom hotel is located between Capitol Hill and the Anacostia River, east of The Wharf complex and west of Washington Navy Yard.

The guestrooms offer mini-fridges, microwaves, Keurig coffee makers, 24-hour room service and complimentary WiFi, while the ninth-floor meeting & events space overlooks the Capitol building. Also on-site is a 24-hour fitness center.

The hotel decor complements the architecture and history of the area, according to the company, including maps and prints depicting local rivers and bridges including the new Frederick Douglass Bridge adjacent to the property.
