All 170 guestrooms have parquet floors, wood and glass furnishings and large windows for natural light. The hotel has 21 suites, three of which offer lake-view private terraces with private whirlpools and sunbeds.

The hotel’s signature restaurant, Satin, serves up cuisines from southern Switzerland, Northern Italy and the Valtellina region, which surround the lake, and features a wine library and cheese room. Guests can share smaller bites at the hotel’s Taffeta lounge and bar or enjoy lake views at the pool-adjacent, rooftop dining venue, Terrazza 241.

The rooftop includes an infinity pool and whirlpool. The property also has the eforea Spa and Health Club, an indoor pool and fitness center open 24 hours for guests.

The hotel offers meeting space for up to 300 guests across six different meeting spaces. The pillar-free ballroom offers natural light, catering options and a private terrace.

Hyatt Place Hyderabad/Banjara Hills

Hyatt Place Hyderabad/Banjara Hills, developed by BGR Mining & Infra Ltd., is the first for the brand in the area to open.

The property offers 147 rooms and suites, and includes more than 5,000 sq. ft. of indoor meeting space for a small or mid-sized event, as well as a 3,500-sq.-ft. pre-function area.

Meeting spaces are spread over two floors—each floor has a large meeting room measuring 2,475 sq. ft. and 2,528 sq. ft., respectively, that can be used as a whole, or divided into three equal parts for smaller meetings and events. A 5,000-sq.-ft. open terrace is also available for corporate and social events.

Opening recently under a management agreement with UBM Polska, the 256-room Holiday Inn Warsaw City Centre is inspired by the legendary New York Flatiron office building. It includes the new Holiday Inn Open Lobby, which was created to transform the traditional hotel lobby format by combining the front desk, restaurant, bar, lounge area and business center into one open space, while refreshing the design to give it a more contemporary feel. The Open Lobby at the hotel has an all-day dining menu and 24/7 coffee shop.

The first floor of the hotel is dedicated to the meetings, incentives, conferences and events industry. With four professionally equipped conference rooms connected to the foyer, the area can be adapted depending on the nature of the meeting and the needs of the client.
