Trinity Investments, a U.S.-based hospitality-focused real estate investor, has promoted Craig Lovett to managing director, development. He joined the company in 2017 as VP, development and was promoted to SVP, development in 2022.
Lovett will continue to lead all planning, design and construction of Trinity’s acquisitions and existing portfolio. Since joining Trinity, he has been responsible for the successful repositioning of all of Trinity’s properties and has completed more than $750 million in capital projects across the portfolio.
Some highlights include:
- The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas: In 2024, Trinity completed a full renovation and rebranding, transforming the property into a Ritz-Carlton. The project included a comprehensive renovation of guestrooms, villas, pools and the addition of a new signature restaurant, lobby bar, coffee shop, pool bar and club lounge.
- Westin Maui Resort & Spa, Ka’anapali: In 2024, Trinity completed a $160-million multi-phase renovation that touched every area of the property, elevating its offerings with the debut of the reimagined Hokupa‘a and Kūkahi Towers.
- JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa: In 2023, Trinity completed a $108-million transformation of the property, including all 950 guestrooms, public areas, two new signature restaurants and an expanded full water park complex.
- Grande Lakes Orlando Resort: In 2022, Trinity completed a $118-million multi-phase renovation of this iconic asset, encompassing all 1,592 guestrooms, restaurants, public areas, the club lounge and the creation of a full water park complex.
