Properties in California, Texas and Ohio are under new management. Here’s a look:
CoralTree to Manage Miramonte Resort & Spa
CoralTree Hospitality Group has taken over the management of the Miramonte Resort & Spa in Indian Wells, CA, after parent company Lowe recently purchased the luxury property.
The resort will undergo $3.5 million in enhancements to elevate soft and hard goods in guestrooms such as carpet, furniture, televisions and bathroom modifications, along with several infrastructure upgrades.
The 11-acre Miramonte is designed with multiple low-rise buildings throughout gardens, lawns and citrus trees. The resort has premier dining, three outdoor pools, a 12,000-sq.ft. spa and more than 20,000 sq. ft. of indoor meeting space along with several outdoor venues for groups, meetings, weddings and social events.
The 215 guestrooms and suites all offer private terraces. The Villa d’Este is a private enclave at the resort which houses four one-bedroom suites that can be reserved individually or collectively, including the 3,000-sq.ft. presidential suite with separate living room and dining areas.
Superhost Hospitality to Manage Hampton Inn and Suites
Superhost Hospitality has been awarded the management contract for the Hampton Inn and Suites, Denison, TX. This new addition to the company’s portfolio takes the company to 16 hotels and $200 million in real estate investments.
The hotel offers 79 guestrooms and suites. Amenities include complimentary breakfast, high-speed internet, DirectTV, fitness center, microwaves and refrigerators.
The property is located near major employers including Caterpillar, Cigna, Tyson, Texas Instruments, Ruiz Foods, Denison Industries, Kwikset and the Texoma Medical Center.
Waterford Hotel Group to Manage the Inn at ONU
Waterford Hotel Group has been selected by Ohio Northern University (ONU) to manage The Inn at Ohio Northern University.
ONU is the sole owner of The Inn, a campus landmark built in 2008 and located on the 300-acre campus in Ada, OH. The property is a full-service inn consisting of 67 guestrooms and 3,000 sq. ft. of meeting space for events of up to 100 people. Other amenities include a pub, a 24-hour gym and a courtyard garden with a furnished patio. Guestroom amenities include free WiFi, flatscreen TVs, coffeemakers, microwaves and minifridges. Some rooms have fireplaces, and suites include living rooms with sofas.
