Three American Lending Center-funded hotels have opened

American Lending Center (ALC), a licensed non-bank lender, invested in three hotels that have made their debuts—Azure Palm Hot Springs in Desert Hot Springs, CA; TownePlace Suites Indianapolis Downtown; and Home2 Suites by Hilton Tracy in Tracy, CA.

Azure Palm Hot Springs
Overlooking the desert landscape along with the San Jacinto and Santa Rosa Mountain ranges, Azure Palm Hot Springs offers 40 rooms, 22 of which are outfitted with spa tubs. It also has a day spa, café, gift shop, six landscaped acres of cabanas and a pool. An aquifer beneath the city provides the hotel with some of the purest mineral springs in the world via private wells, according to ALC.

TownePlace Suites Indianapolis Downtown
The property, located near Lucas Oil Stadium and the Indiana Convention Center, offers 146 rooms, all equipped with a full kitchen, complimentary WiFi and access to the Something Borrowed section, where guests can find appliances such as blenders and grilling tools. Other amenities include a complimentary breakfast, a fitness center, an in-lobby bar and a boardroom.

Home2 Suites by Hilton Tracy
Offering 94 suites, the extended-stay property also has 810 sq. ft. of meeting space for up to 60 guests, the Spin2 Cycle combined fitness center/laundry facility, an outdoor patio with barbecue grills and a heated pool. The hotel is located close to downtown Tracy and is near Valley Mall, Legacy Fields Sports Complex and Stars Casino.
