The Westin Flushing LaGuardia Airport has opened as the first five-star hotel in the borough of Queens, NY. The 13-story mixed-use development integrates a 244-room hotel with 48 luxury condominiums on the upper floors. The property was developed by Century Development Group.
Designed by Raymond Chan Architect P.C., the building features a glass curtain wall facade and offers more than 5,000 sq. ft. of public space on the first floor, two conference rooms and a grand ballroom accommodating up to 300 guests. The hotel also introduces Hinoki Bistro, a luxury dining destination.
Located about two miles from LaGuardia Airport, the hotel also offers access to destinations such as Flushing Meadows Corona Park and the Museum of the Moving Image.
Occupying floors 10 through 13 above the hotel is Northern Residences, a boutique luxury condominium collection exclusively represented by Acre NY Realty. Residents of the condominiums are granted access to the hotel’s amenities and executive suite services.
