Palihouse Marks Bicoastal Expansion

The latest opening in the expanding Palisociety portfolio, Palihouse Miami Beach, is located on the Indian Creek Waterway in a newly restored Art Deco bayside building two blocks from the beach and adjacent to some of the area’s best shopping, restaurants and arts and culture-focused destinations. The hotel is being developed by Miami-based Scott Robins Companies Inc. and RB Green Companies.

Hyde Hotel & Residences Midtown Miami to Welcome First Guests

Sbe opened Hyde Hotel & Residences Midtown Miami in partnership with developer, The Related Group, and Haim Yehezkel, CEO of Elysee investments, owner of the 60 hotel units.

This is the third collaboration uniting the talents of sbe founder/CEO Sam Nazarian and Related founder/Chairman Jorge Pérez, who have more than 20 additional joint projects in the pipeline, including the recently opened SLS LUX Brickell and internationally in Cancun, Argentina and more.

On the design end, Arquitectonica was tapped for the 32-­story building’s architecture, featuring 410 sold­-out luxury condominiums and 60 hotel rooms. Rockwell Group brings its inventive lens to Hyde Midtown’s lobby, hotel suites and amenity spaces.

Beachfront Hotel RL Set for Miami Beach

RLH Corporation executed a franchise license agreement for an oceanfront 143-room Hotel RL in the heart of Miami Beach, FL. The hotel is adjacent to the beach and Atlantic Ocean and will have an outdoor pool and two on-site restaurants. The hotel is undergoing renovations and is anticipated to open as a Hotel RL in spring 2019.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Resort Opens in St. Augustine Beach, FL

Embassy Suites by Hilton and Key International opened the Embassy Suites by Hilton St. Augustine Beach Oceanfront Resort.

Owned and developed by Key International and managed by Hospitality Ventures Management Group, this upscale resort is a 175 all-suite property with two-room suites and studio suites with views of the resort-style pool, beach and ocean. There’s also 20,000 sq. ft. of event space, including a 5,200-sq.-ft. oceanfront ballroom with outdoor terraces.
