The Lum Hotel Los Angeles Stadium District to join Tapestry Collection

The Lum Hotel Los Angeles Stadium District, part of PM Hotel Group’s management portfolio, is undergoing comprehensive renovations to be transformed into a Tapestry by Hilton property, with the official rebranding expected to occur in late 2025.

The hotel will remain open during the renovations and Hilton members will be able to take advantage of membership perks. The reimagined Lum Hotel will offer an elevated guest experience in time for marquee events, including the NBA All-Star Game at Intuit Dome in February 2026 and Super Bowl LXI at SoFi Stadium in February 2027.

“This partnership with Hilton marks an exciting chapter for The Lum Hotel Los Angeles Stadium District,” said Paul Sacco, chief growth and development officer, PM Hotel Group. “With its prime location near world-class venues and rebranding as a Tapestry by Hilton, The Lum is poised to become a top destination for travelers visiting the area for business, sports or entertainment.”

Owned by Chartres Lodging Group, the hotel has 179 guestrooms with a full-size work desk, coffee and tea maker, mini refrigerator, HDTV with streaming capabilities, high-speed WiFi and a private balcony or terrace. Amenities include a resort-style outdoor pool with umbrella service, a fitness center and Cork & Batter restaurant.

Located at the entrance to the Intuit Dome and across from Hollywood Park, the hotel is the only upper upscale property within walking distance of SoFi Stadium, YouTube Theater and Hollywood Park Casino. It is also close to the Kia Forum and is less than four miles from the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
