Allbridge Redefines In-Room Entertainment with Interactive IPTV Solution
Allbridge, a provider of data, video, and voice solutions for hospitality, healthcare, and higher education properties nationwide, released a new in-room entertainment IPTV platform for hotels—Allbridge Entertainment. This product will bring a cloud-based, interactive TV experience to guests to enhance their stay with innovative features for increased user engagement.
Allbridge Entertainment, powered by its partnership with MCOMS, provides over-the-top (OTT) content, streaming and personalized property information with unique branding opportunities. The new product will be the first of many complementary, in-room enhancements that Allbridge plans to launch this year with the mission to deliver a seamless, connected experience for the end-user.
Mohegan Sun Partners with Duetto to Drive Innovation
The Mohegan Sun gaming and entertainment destination in Connecticut and Mohegan Sun Pocono in northeastern Pennsylvania have implemented two of Duetto’s cloud-based applications—GameChanger for pricing and ScoreBoard for reporting—as well as the Duetto Rate Engine (DRE)—to drive more profitable revenue at the casino hotels. With GameChanger, Duetto’s flagship revenue management application, Mohegan Sun has better visibility into total customer value and the ability to shape reinvestment and marketing decisions to attract the most profitable guests. With ScoreBoard, the revenue team has the ability to create intelligent reports and deliver actionable insights to key stakeholders in real time. The Duetto Rate Engine (DRE) will integrate with Mohegan Sun’s booking engine and power Mohegan Sun’s Momentum rewards program.
Sabre Migrates La Quinta by Wyndham to SynXis Platform
Sabre Corporation has completed the migration of La Quinta by Wyndham properties to the Sabre Hospitality Solutions SynXis Platform. This migration, which was completed in early April, involved the simultaneous transition of La Quinta’s reservations software and property management system for more than 900 hotels. With the move, La Quinta joins Wyndham Hotel & Resorts’ 19 other hotel brands in operating on Sabre’s SynXis Platform, with all properties now operating on the platform’s central reservation systems (CRS) and call-center solutions and the majority now operating on its property management system (PMS). In coordination with the migration, Wyndham also welcomed La Quinta’s more than 900 hotels to its loyalty program, Wyndham Rewards.
RMS Integrates with M3 Hotel Accounting Software
RMS, a cloud-based property management system provider, has partnered with M3, a cloud-based financial platform, to offer clients hotel management solutions. Hotels and resorts using M3 accounting and analytics technology can now integrate their property management data from RMS for greater insight into operational performance. This connection provides an automated, daily transfer of critical financial data and property statistics—such as room nights, total capacity, market segment breakdown, revenue and more—from RMS’ platform to M3’s platform.
Volara and Schneider Electric Partner for Voice Solutions
Volara and Schneider Electric have signed a partnership agreement to combine their automation and voice technology expertise to co-develop new solutions in the hospitality industry. Together, Schneider Electric and Volara will provide intuitive voice activated guestroom control. As the first step in this collaboration, the two companies have completed a new application programming interface (API) which connects Schneider Electric’s room controls to Volara’s cloud software solution, which will enable guests to intuitively control their room using voice commands.
SkyTouch and Cendyn Connect to Drive Guest Engagement, Retention and Conversion
SkyTouch Technology, the cloud-based hotel operations platform has teamed up with Cendyn, a hotel CRM provider. The integration allows properties to use Guestfolio CRM or eInsight CRM in the Cendyn Customer Relationship Management Suite (CRM) and the SkyTouch Hotel Operations Platform together. The two-way data connection helps hoteliers further personalize the complete guest experience, gain key insights, use tools that build lasting brand loyalty and encourage increased conversions from Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) to direct bookings.
Ireckonu Selected by Loews Hotels & Co.
Ireckonu has a new agreement with Loews Hotels & Co. Ireckonu, the company behind the first middleware solution for the hospitality sector, will implement its Core and IKnowU product solutions across the company’s properties in the United States and Canada. Loews will implement Ireckonu’s product to further focus on tailor-made, personalized stays for guests visiting their hotels.
