Hard Rock Adds F&B Outlets in Hollywood and Tampa, FL
As part of the ongoing $2.2-billion renovation/expansion at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood and Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa, more than 20 new culinary offerings are scheduled for completion in October. Here’s some of the highlights:

Canoa (Hollywood): The new American wood fire grill restaurant will celebrate the culinary techniques of solid fuel grilling inspired by South Florida’s unique and bold flavors. Canoa’s open-kitchen concept will highlight live fire grilling of seafood, meats and fresh produce, while bartenders craft farm fresh-inspired cocktails and more than 100 wines.

Cipresso (Hollywood and Tampa): With a contemporary twist on Italian-American fare, Cipresso will still be rooted in tradition. The menu will feature creative interpretations of handmade pastas and pizzas, and composed specialty dishes. Cipresso will highlight a wine list with a focus on Italian varietals and other old-world offerings, as well as a creative cocktail menu.

Oculus Bar (Hollywood): Centrally located in the hotel lobby, the Oculus Bar will offer a distinctive take on the classic wine bar with a focus on craft beers, curated wines and signature cocktails, where aperitifs, after dinner drinks and vermouths will take center stage.

Constant Grind (Hollywood and Tampa): Enjoy sweet and savory aromas of freshly baked pastries, sandwiches and 12 varieties of house-made gelato at Constant Grind. Featuring Lavazza coffee and espresso specialty drinks, guests will also be able to tempt taste buds with handcrafted chocolates by Executive Pastry Chef Stephan Schubert.

W Miami Opens Wet Deck Café
W Miami has opened the Wet Deck Café and introduced a new poolside menu for guests and Brickell, FL, residents. The café is located adjacent to the hotel’s 15th-floor rooftop pool, which recently reopened after a two-year renovation. The menu features an assortment of fresh, healthy and filling food options for guests to enjoy indoors, poolside or to-go from Executive Chef Christian Quiñones. A full bar will also be available for guests to order specialty cocktails.

Mississippi Terrace Honors Culture in Memphis, TN
This fall, Big Cypress Lodge—a hotel inspired by the great outdoors tucked away in the 32-story Memphis Pyramid—will open Mississippi Terrace, an outdoor lounge and social gathering hotspot overlooking the Mississippi River from its third-floor perch. Gathering areas across the terrace’s 7,000 sq. ft. will feature a copper-top bar; oversized upholstered sofas and chairs with tables; high-top communal tables; circular tables that surround fire pits; and dining tables with sun umbrellas. The menu will feature signature cocktails and sharable plates that celebrate Memphis, TN.
