Sage Hospitality, OTO Development Add to Portfolios

NATIONAL REPORT—Sage Hospitality and OTO Development are growing their portfolios of managed hotels. Here’s a look at their recent deals in California and Florida:

Sage Hospitality Adds Two California Properties
Sage Hospitality Group has added two California hotels to its portfolio of managed properties: The Guild Hotel, Tribute Portfolio in downtown San Diego and The Lodge at Sonoma Renaissance Resort and Spa in downtown Sonoma. The Guild Hotel is a reimagination of the historic Armed Services YMCA building in the heart of Downtown San Diego. The 162-room hotel is part of Marriott’s Tribute Portfolio. San Diego-based Oram Hotels owns The Guild. The Lodge at Sonoma is located in California wine country in Sonoma Valley, less than an hour north of San Francisco. DiamondRock Hospitality Company owns The Lodge at Sonoma.

OTO Development Grows in Florida
OTO Development, part of The Johnson Group, is expanding its management portfolio with three additional hotels in a new market. The most recent third-party management contract, signed earlier this month, represents OTO’s entry into Orlando, FL. OTO’s latest additions to its managed portfolio include Hyatt Place across from Universal Resort, Hyatt House across from Universal Resort and Hyatt Place Orlando/Convention Center.
