Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG) has appointed Ron Fader as SVP, finance & accounting. In his new role, he will work on the hotel day-to-day financial accounting, financial reporting, cash flow planning and management activities.
“Ron has a proven track-record of cultivating service-driven teams that are oriented toward performance and committed to the practice of continuous improvement while supporting the properties’ and management company’s financial goals,” said Linda Philp, SVP/CFO, HVMG. “Ron prides himself on creating a strong culture of accountability and continued learning for both his team and those around him, making him the perfect fit for HVMG.”
With nearly 35 years of financial experience, many of those in hospitality, Fader most recently was SVP, finance & accounting with Atrium Hospitality. While there, he was responsible for the strategic direction of the hotel accounting department for the company’s portfolio of 80-plus hotels generating more than $1 billion in revenues annually. Prior to that, he was a partner and VP, finance, hotels & restaurants, of Legacy Ventures and held similar leadership positions with InterContinental Hotel Group (IHG) and Hilton Corporation.
