DENVER—RLH Corporation has signed 10 franchise license agreements with hotels owned by affiliates of Inner Circle Investments and managed by Inner Circle Management. The 20-year term franchise agreements include one Hotel RL and nine Red Lion hotels, totaling 2,584 rooms bringing the company’s midscale and upscale brands to more than 100 hotels.

The newly signed properties include the following:
Hotel RL St. Louis, MO: A 288-room property with more than 31,000 sq. ft. of meeting space located across the street from the Scottrade Center
Red Lion Hotel St. Joseph, MO: With 169 rooms and more than 11,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, the property is located across the street from the St. Joseph Civic Arena.
Red Lion Hotel Baltimore, MD North: A hotel with 249 rooms, more than 22,000 sq. ft. of meeting space and proximate to the MTA Light Rail
Red Lion Hotel Hartford, CT: Offering 150 rooms and more than 8,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, the property is near downtown Hartford and local attractions.
Red Lion Hotel Cheyenne, WY: A hotel with 245 rooms and more than 16,000 sq. ft. of meeting space
Red Lion Hotel Billings, MT: This property has a casino, as well as 316 rooms and more than 50,000 sq. ft. of meeting space.
Red Lion Hotel High Point, NC: Situated in downtown High Point across from High Point Market, this hotel has 252 rooms and more than 12,000 sq. ft. of meeting space.
Red Lion Hotel Cromwell, CT: A hotel with 215 rooms and more than 22,000 sq. ft. of meeting space
Red Lion Hotel Paper Valley, Appleton, WI: With 388 rooms and more than 37,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, this hotel is located in the heart of the city.
Red Lion Hotel Albany, NY: This property has 312 rooms and more than 22,000 sq. ft. of meeting space.
