Red Roof has opened Red Roof Inn Sanford, NC. Owner Jay Dan Gigev 2501 LLC has completed a $1.3 million renovation of the property, which included painting the exterior of the hotel and guestrooms, as well as adding new bedding, vanities, sinks, floors, case goods, lights and televisions in guestrooms.
The 122-room hotel offers free WiFi, free continental breakfast, a seasonal outdoor pool, free coffee in the lobby, a guest laundry facility and a free expanded cable package.
Located two miles from downtown Sanford, the pet-friendly hotel is near a number of area landmarks and destinations, including Central Carolina Community College, Devils Ridge Motocross, Raven Rock State Park, Aloha Safari Park, Jordan Lake State Recreation Area, the Railroad House Museum, Temple Theatre, Hugger Mugger Brewing Company, Sanford Antique Mall and the Mural Art Trail.
