San Diego-based boutique hospitality development, ownership and management company Lucky Find Hospitality has appointed Rachel Meng as CFO/director of strategic assets.
With more than 15 years of experience in hospitality finance, accounting, mergers and acquisitions and real estate and asset management, she will lead the company’s financial strategies and asset management moving forward.
Prior to joining Lucky Find Hospitality, Meng served as director of investments at Pebblebrook Hotel Trust. She also recently founded the new Hotel Bambinee hospitality brand, a family-centric hotel concept designed to alleviate the stress of traveling with young children in hopes of bringing ease and a welcoming environment to traveling families.

In her new role, Meng will also serve as the asset manager for several Lucky Find assets, including Hotel Herringbone, a newly owned and operated property in Waco, TX.
