Quorum Hospitality has expanded its management portfolio to include three boutique hotels in Palm Springs, CA: La Serena Villas, Del Marcos Hotel and The Three Fifty Hotel.
Built in 1933 and recently restored, La Serena Villas features 18 private villas with outdoor clawfoot tubs and personal fireplaces. The property is home to Azúcar restaurant known for its contemporary cuisine, cocktail and culinary program, design and rooftop lounge with unique views of Palm Springs.
Located steps away from La Serena Villas is Del Marcos Hotel. Designed in 1947 by architect William F. Cody, this midcentury modern property offers 17 rooms with “period-perfect flair.”
Completing the trio is the “retro-sleek,” 10-room The Three Fifty Hotel designed by architect Herbert W. Burns in 1950. This mid-century property offers clean lines, bold palettes and a serene setting steps from downtown Palm Springs in the Historic Tennis Club.
“We are pleased to welcome La Serena Villas, Azúcar, Del Marcos Hotel and The Three Fifty Hotel to Quorum Hospitality,” said Todd Moreau, president, Quorum Hospitality. “These hotels are beloved by both visitors and locals, and we recognize how important it is to celebrate and protect that loyalty. Quorum’s commitment to inspiring joy through hospitality excellence and building lasting relationships allows us to honor that reputation, all while elevating the guest experience and delivering meaningful value to ownership.”
