Pyramid Global Hospitality has expanded its relationship with provider of data-as-a-service insights on meetings and events for hospitality Knowland, implementing the group data solution in additional properties and utilizing the platform across its Americas portfolio.
The expanded Knowland partnership includes providing properties with Knowland’s data insights to drive better account strategy and direct sales efforts, ultimately increasing returns for owners.
