PM Hotel Group to Manage Virginia Property
PM Hotel Group has been selected to manage Airlie, a historic hotel and meeting facility in Warrenton, VA. Located outside of Washington, DC, Airlie transports guests into a world of rich history set amidst 300 acres of rolling hills. A member of Historic Hotels of America, Airlie has 22,000 sq. ft. of meeting space and 120 cottages and guestrooms. Airlie is considered the birthplace of Earth Day where the idea was first conceived and remains a champion of sustainability practices. Airlie also has LOVEwork, an original art piece made from 95% recycled materials.
First Hospitality Assumes Management of Homewood Suites in Illinois
First Hospitality has assumed management of Homewood Suites by Hilton Orland Park in Orland Park, IL. The property has 81 suites with extended-stay rate options, an indoor pool, fitness and business centers, meeting rooms and pet-friendly rooms. Homewood Suites by Hilton Orland Park is connected to the Elements Conference and Banquet Center. The neighborhood also has a number of golf courses, including Cog Hill Country Club, as well as the Orland Square Shopping Mall. Ownership is planning a full renovation of the property for 2020.
Langham Hospitality Group to Manage Estate in Munich
Langham Hospitality Group will manage The Langham Nymphenburg Residence, located within the stately 490-acre imperial estate of Nymphenburg Palace, close to the Munich city center. Scheduled to open in the winter, The Langham Nymphenburg Residence is next to the Royal Nymphenburg Porcelain Manufactory, known for its avant-garde and tailor-made designs for four centuries. The Langham Nymphenburg Residence will have four bedrooms, three living rooms, two wine cellars, seven bathrooms, a home cinema, an elevator and a dining room that seats 12 people. A private sun-dappled terrace with a water feature and sculptures will set the scene for special occasions for up to 100 seated guests.
