Powered by the INTELITY platform, the app offers a full suite of guest functionality including mobile check-in and guest messaging. The cloud-based platform also supports GEMS, INTELITY’S staff-facing suite of tools for Hard Rock’s staff.
The branded app is set to transform the guest experience, allowing guests to check-in and engage with the hotel before, during and after their stay providing greater convenience and personalization. From just about anywhere, guests can reserve amenities, access live entertainment schedules, order food and drinks and request an array of services.
With guest messaging, hotel staff can inform guests of promotions and serve customized and targeted offers that drive brand loyalty. GEMS will help streamline operations, automate guest requests and orders and provide business insights so staff can better understand and connect with their guests in a more personalized way.
Crystal Springs Spa & Golf Resort integrates Maestro PMS/Yellow Dog Software
Through a new integration partnership, Maestro PMS and Yellow Dog Software have given Crystal Springs Resort in Hamburg, NJ, a centralized platform for retail, pro shop and spa inventory control.
Yellow Dog currently integrates to more than 60 point-of-sale solutions, including InfoGenesis, which is currently used by Crystal Springs Resort to manage all food-and-beverage transactions, and which integrates directly to Maestro PMS. Other POS solutions with integration to both Maestro and Yellow Dog include Aireus, Book4Time, ForeUP, POSitouch, Silverware and Squirrel. Maestro is Yellow Dog’s first and only PMS partner.
A key benefit of the Maestro/Yellow Dog integration partnership is labor savings. By automating reorder reports across retail, golf and spa outlets, it cuts the time to do manual ordering and receiving in half.
