Kabani Hotel Group has brokered the sale of the Comfort Inn International Dr. in Orlando. The property sold for $10.49 million, representing a price per key of $93,660 and a room revenue multiplier of more than four times.

The transaction was arranged by Kabani CEO Ahmed Kabani and partners Suraj Dalal and Kian McLean.

Kabani Hotel Group identified a qualified buyer and negotiated a closing that included the defeasance of an existing CMBS loan. The property is expected to undergo extensive renovations under new ownership, with plans to elevate the guest experience and capitalize on the area’s strong tourism demand.

The Comfort Inn International Dr. is positioned in one of Orlando’s most sought-after submarkets, surrounded by leading demand drivers such as Disney World, Universal Orlando, ICON Park and the Orange County Convention Center.
“This is the third hotel we’ve sold in Orlando this year,” said Dalal, partner, Kabani Hotel Group. “We know the Orlando market well, especially International Drive.”

McLean added, “This transaction is a strong example of how critical strong buyer relationships are in today’s difficult capital markets environment. From managing the defeasance process to keeping the deal on track through shifting financing terms, we were able to identify and secure a buyer with the strength and certainty to close, showcasing the depth of our investor network and execution capabilities.”

Kabani said, “Our team takes pride in navigating transactions with multiple moving parts, and this closing is a great example of how we add value through execution,. We’re thrilled to have delivered a strong outcome for our client and look forward to seeing the new ownership succeed in this high-demand market.”

This marks Kabani Hotel Group’s 11th hotel transaction of 2025, further underscoring its role as a leading advisor in Florida’s hospitality investment market.
