Noble, NewcrestImage acquire multiple properties

Noble Investment Group has acquired two properties steps away from each other in Savannah’s Historic District, while NewcrestImage has signed an agreement to purchase six Motel 6 and three Studio 6 properties.

Noble acquires two properties in Savannah’s Historic District
Noble Investment Group has acquired the Hampton Inn Savannah Historic District (shown above) and Holiday Inn Express Savannah Historic District. The hotels are located on East Bay St., across from the Savannah River and River St., and within walking distance to the Historic District’s top attractions.

Savannah’s Historic District is the most extensive National Historic Landmark District in the United States, according to Noble. It contains more than 20 city squares with museums, historic landmarks, mansions and monuments from the Revolutionary and Civil War eras. The city attracts more than 15 million annual visitors contributing more than $3.0 billion to the local economy.

The hotels are a ferry ride to the Savannah Convention Center, and are just over a half-mile from the Port of Savannah.

NewcrestImage to acquire nine Arizona properties from G6 Hospitality
NewcrestImage has reached a definitive agreement to purchase nine hotels in Arizona from G6 Hospitality—six branded Motel 6 and three branded Studio 6. The transaction is expected to close in early March.

The six Motel 6 properties are:

  • Mesa North (152 rooms)
  • Phoenix West (148 rooms)
  • Phoenix Tempe (131 rooms)
  • Scottsdale South (100 rooms)
  • Mesa South (91 rooms)
  • Phoenix Airport (61 rooms)

The three Studio 6 properties are:

  • Tempe (151 rooms)
  • Phoenix Deer Valley (142 rooms)
  • Tucson East (121 rooms)
