Ennismore has hired a new leader to expand its presence in the Americas, while RobertDouglas and RADCO have added new executives.
Hsiang appointed EVP, development, Americas at Ennismore
Ennismore, a global lifestyle hospitality company comprising 14 hotel and coworking brands and a collection of restaurants & bars, has appointed Jason Hsiang (pictured above) as the EVP, development, Americas.
In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the growth and development of all brands throughout the region, including 21C Museum Hotels, 25hours, Delano, Gleneagles, Hyde, JO&JOE, Mama Shelter, Mondrian, Morgans Originals, SLS, SO/, The Hoxton, TRIBE and Working From_.
He has more than 20 years of experience in lifestyle development and real estate acquisitions. Before joining Ennismore, he served as SVP, development for Yotel, where he led the company’s strategic development efforts throughout the Americas. Throughout his career, he has held several executive positions at Thompson/ SIXTY Hotels, Thor Equities, Morgans Hotel Group and Lazard.
RobertDouglas expands executive team
RobertDouglas has added two industry professionals to its team in the company’s New York City office.
Andrew Heilmann joins the firm as SVP and is responsible for executing capital markets transactions ranging from investment sales and structured financing to M&A and joint venture equity raises. He brings experience from his time at firms such as Two Roads, GFI, Provenance and Lark Hotels.
Max Chipouras joins the firm as a senior analyst. He has a broad range of experience in commercial real estate, most recently at Cresa, where he developed expertise analyzing complex healthcare and industrial projects.
RADCO welcomes three
The RADCO Companies (RADCO) has welcomed three new executives to its growing team as the firm embarks on new investment strategies in an evolving market.
Bhavnesh Vivek joins as VP, hotel acquisitions. Reporting to Chief Investment Officer Lisa Hurd, he brings a wealth of experience as a real estate investment and development professional. His expertise in the hospitality industry will help propel RADCO’s recent re-entry into the hotel acquisitions market.
Keanan Gomez joins as VP, investments. Reporting to Hurd, he oversees investment opportunities at RADCO in the multifamily, industrial and development space. He previously worked as an acquisitions VP at Passco Companies and brings a wealth of experience in commercial real estate, multifamily and finance to the RADCO team.
Gail Ruggles joins RADCO Residential as SVP, operations. Reporting to COO Michael Brewer, she oversees all operations at RADCO Residential and works closely with the regional management team to deliver strategic operational performance and ensure synergistic onboarding of third-party management acquisitions. She previously worked as an operations leader at companies that include Gables Residential, Pegasus Residential and Steadfast Management.
