Naples Hotel Group, a Florida-based hotel management and development company, has acquired the management contract for the DoubleTree by Hilton Gainesville in Gainesville, FL.
The hotel features 205 guestrooms with DoubleTree’s signature Sweet Dreams Sleep Experience beds. Amenities include a resort-style outdoor pool and courtyard space, two F&B outlets, the Made Market Pantry and 2,450 sq. ft. of meeting space.
The property is located in Gainesville’s retail district and is two miles from The University of Florida and one mile from Celebration Pointe.
