Owned by Miramar Beach, FL-based real estate development and investment company, Howard Group, the three properties include Courtyard by Marriott Sandestin at Grand Boulevard, Residence Inn by Marriott Sandestin at Grand Boulevard and Hyatt Place Sandestin at Grand Boulevard.

Previously self-managed by Howard Hospitality, the hotel management division of Howard Group, the three hotels have received numerous awards and accolades for excellence in service and guest satisfaction.

“When determining which management company to entrust with our hotels, we were extremely pleased by the parallels between McKibbon and Howard,” said Tania Koehler, VP of hotels, Howard Hospitality. “Our company values and cultures, including our commitments to giving back to our local communities, investing in our associates, ensuring innovation drives our operations—everything aligned, and we are confident that they will bring continued success to our hotels.”
