Maya Hotels promotes Amber Maccari

Charlotte-based Maya Hotels has promoted Amber Maccari to director, commercial performance.

Since joining Maya Hotels in May 2023 as director, revenue management, Maccari has made a marked impact by broadening the scope of commercial leadership and driving performance across revenue, sales, marketing and distribution, according to the company.

In her expanded role, Maccari will lead all aspects of Maya’s commercial strategy, overseeing revenue management, sales, marketing, pricing and distribution. She will also collaborate closely with the executive team on enterprise-wide initiatives tied to long-term performance, strategic growth and asset value optimization.

Maccari’s hospitality career includes 13 years at IHG Hotels & Resorts, where she developed expertise in revenue strategy and management. Before that, she served as director of sales at Ehrhardt Hospitality, gaining hands-on experience in hotel operations, sales and marketing.
