Residence Inn Opens in Cleveland
The 175-suite Residence Inn by Marriott in Cleveland, OH is now open. The Residence Inn Cleveland University Circle/Medical Center will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Chester Ave Hotel LLC and managed by DelMonte Hotel Group of Rochester, NY. The hotel is close to downtown and Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, the Cleveland Clinic, Case Western Reserve University, University Hospital, Progressive Field among other attractions. The property has a grocery delivery service, a 24-hour on-site food and beverage market, dry cleaning services and on-site guest laundry room. There’s also 600 sq. ft. of meeting space, an indoor swimming pool and fitness center.
Residence Inn Debuts in Montana Ski Town
Residence Inn by Marriott has brought Big Sky, MT, its first major hotel with the opening of Wilson Hotel Big Sky Residence Inn. The 129-room hotel has 3,000 sq. ft. of meeting spa, food and beverage outlets, a fitness center, outdoor pool and a ski work room. The hotel is located in the Town Center location close to shops, restaurants and nightlife, a complimentary shuttle ride from the ski lifts at Big Sky Resort and Yellowstone National Park. Wilson Hotel Big Sky Residence Inn is owned by Lone Mountain Land Company and managed by Urgo Hotels & Resorts.
Residence Inn Comes to Norwalk, CT
Shaner Hotels has opened the 102-suite Residence Inn by Marriott Norwalk in Connecticut. The hotel is owned by SoNo Development Partners, a joint venture comprised of Thomas L. Rich of Stamford, CT-based F.D. Rich Company, East Asset Management LLC and Shaner Hotels. The hotel will be operated by Shaner Hotels. The eight-story hotel is close to Maritime Aquarium, SoNo Collection regional shopping center Calf Pasture Beach and retail shopping, as well as businesses like FactSet and Norwalk Hospital. Hotel amenities include a grocery delivery service, convenience store, 24/7 fitness center, onsite business center and food and beverage options. The property also provides on-site meeting and conference facilities capable of hosting up to 40 attendees.
Residence Inn Opens in Lancaster, PA
High Hotels Ltd. has opened the Residence Inn-Lancaster, a 127-suite extended-stay Marriott-branded hotel located in The Crossings at Conestoga Creek in Lancaster, PA. The all-suite hotel offers studio and one-bedroom suites. Each suite has a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee-maker, microwave oven and residential-sized appliances.
SpringHill Suites Comes to Westfield, IN
SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Westfield, IN is now open. The 150-suite hotel operates as a Marriott franchise, owned by KPM Hotel Group and managed by White Lodging of Merrillville, IN. The SpringHill Suites Indianapolis Westfield is close to Grand Park Sports & Event Center, the Monon Trail and downtown Westfield featuring numerous restaurants, shops and entertainment options. The SpringHill Suites Indianapolis Westeld also has 1,700 sq. ft. of meeting space and food and beverage options.
Fairfield Inn & Suites Opens in Missouri City, TX
The 75-room Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites in Missouri City, TX is now open. The Fairfield Inn & Suites Houston Missouri City will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by SSV Hospitality and managed by Imbue Investments LLC of Kingwood, TX. The hotel is close to downtown Houston, the Smart Financial Centre, First Colony Mall and NRG Stadium. In addition, the property has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, 2,291 sq. ft. of meeting space.
Fairfield Inn & Suites Comes to Fletcher, NC
The 113-room Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites in Fletcher, NC is now open. Fairfield Inn & Suites Asheville Airport/Fletcher will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Kodak Hospitality LLC and managed by Blue Star Hospitality of Fletcher, NC. The property has an indoor swimming pool, fitness center and 360 sq. ft. of meeting space. The Fairfield Inn & Suites Asheville Airport/Fletcher is located in the Blue Ridge Mountains and close to Asheville Regional Airport. The four-story hotel is also proximate to Sierra Nevada Brewing Company, Blue Ghost Brewery, the Asheville Outlets, the Biltmore Estate, downtown Asheville and historic Hendersonville.
Fairfield by Marriott Opens in RI
The 100-room Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites in South Kingstown, RI is open and will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Southern Rhode Island Hospitality Management LLC. The Fairfield Inn & Suites South Kingstown Newport Area offers guests access to downtown Newport and the Narragansett beaches. The hotel has a swimming pool, fitness center, outdoor fire pit and 680 sq. ft. of meeting space.
Aloft Opens in Arlington, TX
Aloft Dallas Arlington Entertainment District is now open. The 136-room hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Whitestone Hospitality of Irving, TX. Located in The Village at Ballpark, close to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, the Aloft Dallas Arlington Entertainment District is close to Six Flags Over Texas, Globe Life Park, AT&T Stadium and the rest of the Metroplex. The five-story hotel is also nearby to numerous shopping, dining and entertainment options, as well as many local businesses. Hotel amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, an outdoor terrace, a fitness center and 580 sq. ft. of meeting space.
Marriott Vacation Club Pulse, San Francisco is Now Open
Marriott Vacation Club opens its newest location, Marriott Vacation Club Pulse, San Francisco. The resort—formerly the Pier 2620 Hotel—is being renovated, with the design team using the city’s historic surroundings to inspire the property’s new look and feel. Amenities include a fitness center, outdoor courtyard and sales gallery. Located in the historic Fisherman’s Wharf district, the property is proximate to waterfront attractions and restaurants. Nearby attractions include Pier 39, Ghirardelli Square, Anchorage Square, the National Maritime Museum, Hyde Street Pier, among other attractions.
