NATIONAL REPORT—Atrium Hospitality, HVMG and HMC are adding to their management portfolios. Here’s more on the deals in Ohio, Kentucky, Arizona and Missouri:
Atrium Hospitality Adds Three to Portfolio
Atrium Hospitality has assumed the management of three U.S. hotels from Winegardner & Hammons Hotel Group, an affiliate of Pyramid Hotel Group. Atrium Hospitality is currently ranked as the sixth-largest management company (ranked by gross annual revenue end of 2018) by Hotel Business (April 21, 2019 issue). Joining Atrium Hospitality’s management portfolio are the following three hotels:
- Columbus Airport Marriott in Columbus, OH: This 227-key property has food and beverage options and 12,309 sq. ft. of event space. The Columbus Airport Marriott is operated by Atrium Hospitality under license from Marriott International Inc. or one of its affiliates.
- Embassy Suites by Hilton Lexington/UK Coldstream in Lexington, KY: This property is close to Kentucky’s Bluegrass Country at the University of Kentucky Coldstream Research Campus. The 230-suite hotel has food and beverage outlets, a fitness center and 14,000 sq. ft. of event space.
- Holiday Inn Cincinnati Riverfront in Covington, KY: Located in Covington’s business and entertainment district near downtown Cincinnati, this newly renovated, 155-key hotel has a fitness center, an outdoor pool, 2,370 sq. ft. of event space and food and beverage options.
HVMG to Manage Embassy Suites by Hilton Scottsdale Resort
Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG) has been selected to operate the 312-suite Embassy Suites by Hilton Scottsdale Resort in Phoenix. The hotel has a 5,000-sq.-ft. fitness center, two pools, a tennis court, food and beverage options, a business center and 60,000 sq. ft. of indoor/outdoor meeting space.
HMC Adds SpringHill Suites Springfield to Portfolio
Hospitality Management Corporation (HMC) has added the 92-Suite SpringHill Suites in Springfield, MO, to its portfolio. The SpringHill Suites Springfield is close to Springfield/Branson National Airport, Route 66, Bass Pro World Headquarters, Missouri State and Drury College. The hotel has a swimming pool, fitness center, guest laundry, 24/7 market and 1,418 sq. ft. of event space.
