Main Street Hospitality has appointed Jennifer Usaty as VP, finance.
She is responsible for all financial operations and related matters, including financial oversight for all eight of Main Street Hospitality’s managed hotel properties located throughout the Northeast.
To support the high-performance and growing hotel management company, Usaty offers hands-on financial leadership to further develop the organization by providing best-in-class accounting, financial reporting, treasury operations, short- and medium-range budgeting and forecasting, and new business development in partnership with hotel properties’ leadership and owners.
She is a seasoned hospitality professional with a proven track record of success and growth in the luxury boutique sector, the company reports. Most recently, she served as the regional director, finance, Auberge Resorts, where she was responsible for full financial oversight of six hotels and achieved 150% revenue growth, profit margin growth of 600% and RevPAR growth of 80%. Prior to her role at Auberge Resorts, she oversaw and managed all day-to-day accounting-related functions as the hotel controller of the Mayflower Inn & Spa in Washington, CT.
