Hotel management company Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group has promoted Dan Applegate to VP, finance, and Nick Vitolano to director, business development.
Applegate will oversee financial strategy; hotel and company reporting; forecasting; and owner relations to support the company’s expanding portfolio. With 25 years of hospitality experience spanning both finance and operations, he previously served as director, finance and has held several key positions within the company. He was also a recipient of the Courtyard by Marriott Craig Lambert Culture Award, which recognizes individuals who exemplify exceptional team leadership, unity and brand culture at the highest level.
Vitolano will lead the sourcing and evaluation of new management and acquisition opportunities, driving Lodging Dynamics’ expansion across branded and independent hotels. He has contributed to various business development initiatives, specializing in brand conversions, underwriting and market analysis.
